Kim’s classes are accessible, friendly, and fun. Her focus is on the breath as a method of mindfulness. Harnessing the breath, mind, and body creates path to a joyful exploration of the body through yoga postures and movement. Better posture and breathing increases physical awareness, leading to vitality and happiness. Kim has been teaching Yoga for over 10 years. She took her yoga teacher training with Erich Schiffmann, creator of “Freedom Yoga” in 1998 and her background includes the study of dance and anatomy. Kim enjoys teaching people of all levels and ages from kids to seniors. “The real magic of a yoga practice is what you take with you when you leave the mat. I love teaching at Yoga Yoga and I am grateful that this is my life.”
