8/22/10 Sonya Cottle: An Introduction to Second Series Ashtanga
Come explore the challenge and fun of the intermediate series of Ashtanga yoga. In this workshop we will break down the individual postures by giving variations and modifications to make these more advanced asanas approachable for everyone. Get ready to backbend, twist and perhaps even put your foot behind your head! This workshop is recommended for those students who have completed all of first series and the beginning of second, or by teacher’s approval.
